Delete your account

Request deletion of your ASC Arbuda Rewards account and its associated personal data, even if you have uninstalled the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email admin@arbudapipes.com with the subject Delete my ASC Arbuda Rewards account.
  2. Include the mobile number registered to your account so our team can locate it. Do not include your OTP, identity document, UPI ID, or bank details in the email.
  3. We will verify that the request is from the account holder before processing it. Our team will confirm when the request has been handled.

If your email app does not open, send your request directly to admin@arbudapipes.com. This page is available without signing in.

What happens to your data

After verification, we close the account and delete or de-identify the associated profile, identity uploads, referral and reward activity, and withdrawal destination details, except records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes. Those limited records remain restricted and are deleted when the reason for retention ends. Pending points and withdrawal requests may need to be resolved as part of the closure process.
